Catch My Disease

My mom bought me the Grey's Anatomy Original Soundtrack the other day and I came across this song. It's "Catch My Disease" by Ben Lee and the first two lines cracked us both up:

My head is a box full of nothing
and that's the way I like it

I have to agree, that would probably be nice--the whole head being a box full of nothing. From too many years of experience I've learned that thinking isn't the world's greatest thing. Well, overthinking isn't. I really do with people in general would think more, but that seems to be too much to ask. It's unfortunate that something that I value so highly in other people seems to be a curse to myself. And yes, this is what the opening lyrics to that song bring to my mind, along with amusement.
